Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Dallas studio. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

International Shipping

For our global customers:

  • All packages are marked with the appropriate customs declarations
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Modern Dress World piece as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process ensures your satisfaction with the same care we put into curating our collections.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • Bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale items marked “non-returnable”
  • Items without original tags or showing signs of wear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Submit your request within 15 days of delivery using our return form below
  2. Wait for approval – Our Dallas-based team will review within 1-2 business days
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship your return to our Dallas studio using a trackable method
  5. Receive confirmation once we process your return (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
  • For exchanges, standard shipping fees will apply for the new item(s)

International Returns

For our global customers outside the U.S.:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • For PayPal payments, refunds may take 1-2 additional days to process
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
